My Dad was receiving help via a homecare visit in the morning but all too often they were done in twenty minutes yet we still had to pay for the full hour. The provider said they didn’t do less than one-hour visits, which we found hard to accept. Therefore, we contacted Care Captains and they soon found us a new provider who visits Dad for half an hour in the morning and again in the evening. The new care plan also has a weekly cleaning visit. Despite all these additional visits, we’re now paying less than we were before. I would definitely recommend Care Captains.

My wife has homecare and I was managing her care for her. The care itself was ok but the bills and paperwork were endless! Bills for care visits that didn’t take place.
