Member Benefits
As well as helping individuals organise their own care, and families working on behalf of a loved one, we work with local councils, and with solicitors, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals who act as power of attorney and need assistance to organise and manage the health care needs of their clients, be it in their own home or in a residential care home.
We work closely with our clients, offering guidance and support throughout the entire process. We conduct care needs assessments and discuss time scales and budgets. We then search through our care provider members to see which of our members would be most suited to providing the best care possible for the client.
Care Provider Membership Benefits:
Client Referrals:
As one of our registered care providers, we acting as a non-exclusive agent, can refer potential clients to you that are suited to your service.
Please note whiles we work with care providers of all sizes, we will only refer potential clients to care providers who are currently CQC rated as Good or above. However, if for whatever reason your CQC rating is currently below Good please have a look at our services page here to see how we can help you improve your business.
Complaints Handling:
If you are struggling to resolve a complaint to the complainants’ satisfaction, we can review the complaint for you (If the client agrees) and proffer a resolution aimed at resolving the complaint to the satisfaction of all parties.
We know that trying to resolve a complaint can often be frustrating and stressful and can reach a point where one, or both parties no longer wish to continue communicating with each the other. Care Captains can impartially review the complaint, often bringing a new perspective, and providing a resolution that is acceptable to all parties.
Staff Retention / Feedback:
Feedback is vital in shaping the future of any company, as a member provider, your staff will have access to our Care Staff Feedback Form while this is an open form that any care staff member can complete (anonymously if they so choose), we will let members know about any feedback given to us about their company / branch. Helping to resolve issues, see what you are doing well and where you can improve – helping staff retention.
If the information we provide becomes an area of concern or something that you would like a little help with then you can sign up for one or more of our consultancy/additional services that we can provide.
